Retail Sales – Full Time (Urbana & Danville)
About the Role:
If you’re someone who enjoys helping customers find the perfect pool, spa, or game room solution, this is for you. You’ll greet clients, answer product questions, recommend equipment or accessories, and ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling confident and satisfied.
Key Tasks & Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and spend long periods on your feet.
- Willingness to meet sales targets; commission may apply on higher-ticket items.
Hours & Compensation:
- Monday–Saturday schedule, rotating days off; Sundays always off.
- Overtime is expected during peak season (April-August).
- Paid industry training provided.
Retail Sales – Seasonal (Urbana & Danville)
About the Role:
Ideal for high school or college students, or anyone interested in flexible part-time work during the busy swim season. Same showroom environment and tasks as above, with a schedule built around your availability.

- Warm, energetic personality and willingness to learn.
- Able to handle rush periods from spring to late summer.
Hours & Compensation:
- Part-time, with schedule flexibility.
- Sundays off.
Construction Lead/Technician – Full Time (Pool & Spa Installations)
About the Role:
For experienced professionals ready to lead backyard transformations—from in-ground pools to spa installations and automatic cover systems. You’ll manage crews, coordinate with clients, and ensure quality execution on-site.
Key Tasks & Requirements:
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Background in pool/spa construction or field service preferred.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Hours & Compensation:
- Monday–Friday with weekend work as needed in peak seasons.

Construction Laborer – Seasonal (Pool & Spa Builds)
About the Role:
Perfect for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in pool construction, concrete, plumbing, and installations. You’ll work alongside our technicians and help bring backyard projects to life.
Key Tasks & Requirements:
- Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather.
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools preferred; training provided.
- Clean driver’s license.
Hours & Compensation:
- Seasonal, April–October typically, with possible extension.
- Overtime is expected during build season.
Service Technician – Full Time (Pools & Spas Maintenance)
About the Role:
Provide exceptional service to our customers’ pools, spas, and automatic covers. You’ll diagnose equipment, perform repairs, do tune-ups and drain-and-refill services, and ensure everything works at its best.
Key Tasks & Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot pumps, heaters, plumbing, and covers.
- Strong customer-service mindset.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Hours & Compensation:
- Full-time; Monday–Friday plus call-outs as needed.
- Salary plus service bonus structure.
Service Coordinator – Full Time (Urbana Headquarters)
About the Role:
The Service Coordinator keeps our pool, spa, and cover service department running smoothly. You’ll schedule jobs, assign technicians, communicate with customers, and track work orders from start to finish. This position bridges the gap between the office, field teams, and customers—ensuring projects are completed efficiently and with the Ohana level of care.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily routes and service calls for technicians.
- Communicate proactively with customers about scheduling, updates, and follow-ups.
- Create and manage service work orders, estimates, and invoices in our CRM.
- Track parts orders, warranty claims, and equipment returns.
- Assist with technician time logs, safety compliance, and job documentation.
- Maintain organized digital and paper service records.
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, or office coordination preferred.
- Familiarity with pool/spa systems or mechanical service industries a plus.
Hours & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday.

Customer Outreach Manager – Full Time (Marketing & Client Relations)
About the Role:
This position blends marketing, communication, and relationship management. The Customer Outreach Manager ensures customers stay informed and engaged—from initial inquiry to years after installation. You’ll oversee follow-up campaigns, service reminders, community events, and online reviews, helping Ohana strengthen its reputation as the area’s most trusted backyard expert.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communications: satisfaction surveys, post-service check-ins, and referral programs.
- Create and schedule email campaigns for maintenance reminders, promotions, and events.
- Track customer feedback and online reviews; respond professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to improve client retention and repeat business.
- Assist with website and social media updates highlighting customer stories and seasonal offerings.
- Support community engagement, sponsorships, and local marketing events.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Background in customer service, marketing, or retail management a plus.
Hours & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Hybrid in-office/field schedule available.

Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator – Full Time (Warehouse & Retail Support)
About the Role:
The Inventory Coordinator keeps Ohana’s retail, service, and construction divisions stocked, organized, and efficient. You’ll manage the ordering, receiving, and distribution of pool, spa, and billiard products across both Urbana and Danville locations. Your attention to detail ensures that customers and technicians always have what they need—when they need it.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock counts and reorder levels for all departments.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments; organize stockroom and warehouse areas.
- Communicate with vendors and track purchase orders and returns.
- Prepare product transfers between Urbana and Danville locations.
- Support the sales team with product availability updates.
- Monitor seasonal inventory needs and assist with clearance or promotional planning.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with POS or inventory software (e.g., QuickBooks, Lightspeed, or similar).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Valid driver’s license; delivery experience a plus.
Hours & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays in peak season.
- Hourly pay with overtime potential.
