CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETAIL SALES

We are looking for additions to our team to provide various levels of excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business- from basic cash register transactions to lead-nurturing high ticket sales.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Must be able to learn quickly, work in a fast paced environment, collaborate with teams as well as work alone, and spend extended periods of time on your feet-with an upbeat, positive attitude for customer interactions. Must also be able to lift at least 50lbs.

Paid industry training will be provided.

Pay will begin as hourly and will track to salary after training is complete. Commission is paid on high ticket sales at 3% and is uncapped- on average increasing your weekly pay by 25%.

Positions available in both in Urbana and Danville. Schedule is Monday through Saturday with rotating days off and every Sunday off (part time positions also available). This is a seasonal industry so overtime is expected April-August if applicable and vacations are taken outside of this time window.

Part Time Position

We often work with students who desire part time hours and flexibility to participate in summer school and sports. We work with both high school and college students to fill our retail positions on a part time basis to fit your schedule.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Opening for a Field Service Technician position which includes installing and troubleshooting both residential and commercial swimming industry equipment, including pumps, heaters, plumbing systems, and more.

Mechanical aptitude a must. Strong customer service skills. Clean valid driver's license required.

Mandatory skills include: reading and interpreting work documentation; troubleshooting and servicing circulating, heating, filtering, and electrical systems including multimeter and ammeter tests; replacing and repairing faulty parts; using a variety of hand tools for repair and replacing purposes; keeping pace with work scheduling requirements; and completing work documentation properly.

Ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills to effective communicate repairs to customers and relay job notes to managers. Must be a self starter with the ability to work alone a majority of the time.

Training will be provided for specific knowledge as long as general mechanical and electrical aptitude is present. Compensation based on knowledge, experience, initiative, and productivity. Benefits available.

SKILLED LABORER

Looking for a laborer with exceptional attitude and work ethic.

Must be able to work independently and in teams to interpret plans and build in ground pools, as well as perform general maintenance.

Applicable skills include carpentry, concrete finishing, pvc gluing, reading laser levels, and machine operation. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools necessary. Some customer service skills necessary. Clean valid driver's license a must. CDL a bonus.

Experience not necessary, training will be provided, however mechanical aptitude and capability to perform hands-on work is important to succeeding in this job.

Compensation based on knowledge, experience, initiative, and productivity. Must be okay with overtime and working in all conditions. Work is typically Monday-Friday with some Saturdays required.

GENERAL LABORER

Laborer with exceptional attitude and work ethic. Must be able to work independently and in teams to build and assemble in ground and above ground pools, as well as perform general maintenance. Some customer service skills necessary. Clean valid driver's license a must. Experience not necessary, training will be provided, however mechanical aptitude and capability to perform hands-on work is important to succeeding in this job. Compensation based on knowledge, experience, initiative, and productivity. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required during peak season. Sundays always off.
