  • What is your return policy?

    Unless otherwise specified, merchandise returns must be within 30 days of purchase and with the original receipt. For legal & safety reasons we are unable to take returns on chemicals.

  • Do you offer Gift Cards

    We do offer gift certificates that you are able to purchase for either yourself or another customer. Visit us or give us a call at our Urbana location for more information.

  • Do you provide routine maintenance on pools/spas?

    At the moment we do not offer routine maintenance service on pools/spas. However, we do provide free water testing with an in-store purchase where our team will be more than happy to help you develop a weekly routine to keep your pool/spa in top notch shape.
